Sent to the email address given at checkout, as a link to the web report and the PDF, within 24 hours of payment.

Comparison pack

The three reports and the side-by-side view, within 24 hours of payment.

Project alerts

A confirmation email within 24 hours of payment; after that, an email within a week of a new filing, extension or order appearing in the records we check, for 36 months or until completion is recorded, whichever comes first.

If something does not arrive

If a report is not delivered within 48 hours of payment, you get a full refund (see Refunds and cancellation).

If an email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to [email protected] with your payment reference and we will send it again.
