What you buy

• Single project report (Rs 599). One project: the records its state publishes, as a PDF and a web report.
• Comparison pack (Rs 999). Reports on three projects, side by side. Rs 798 less than three single reports.
• Project alerts (Rs 199). An email within a week of a new filing, extension or order appearing in the records we check for one project, for 36 months or until completion is recorded, whichever comes first.

Payment

Payments are one-time, in Indian rupees, through Razorpay. The price shown is what you pay. Payments open in November 2026.

Delivery

How and when each product is delivered is set out under Delivery.

Cancellation and refunds

When you can cancel an order and when you get a full refund is set out under Refunds and cancellation.

What the report is, and is not

• It sets out facts as filed by the promoter and as published by the authority, each with its source, date and archived copy, on the date shown in the report.
• It is not advice (legal, financial or otherwise), not a valuation, not a title check and not a recommendation to buy or not to buy.
• Promoter-filed data is published as filed; FlatKundli does not verify it on site. Portal records can change after the report date; project alerts cover that for one project.

Corrections

If a fact in your report was wrong when we published it, tell us: we correct it, log the correction, and send you the corrected report. If a material error cannot be corrected within 7 days of you telling us, you get a full refund.

Your use of the report

For your own decision. You may share it with your family and advisers; please do not resell or republish it.

Liability

Our total liability to you for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

Any change to these terms is dated on this page.
